“After 3 years of COVID, smart working and a lack of in-person meetings, we realised it was absolutely crucial to bring our management together for some in-person workshopping and discussions. We chose to attend the world-famous Orsolina28 dance school in northern Italy. We were fortunate to be able to experience the most innovative dance school retreat, where we were able to participate in cooking classes, vegetable gardening, yoga, pilates, and amazing glamping facilities. It was a truly innovative experience which will no doubt propel our management team to continue to achieve more innovations for our platform and customers.”

He gave an inspiring speech with critical insights and discussed the Rockefeller Habits to help support a healthy routine of strategic thinking and execution planning.

Kate, a clinical dietician, exercise physiologist, and successful entrepreneur in health and well-being, shared how crucial it is to look after oneself, especially as company leaders. Within the company, ensuring employees’ welfare is a top priority, so Kate’s insights were an enlightening experience.

As Vanni says, “You don’t go to ChatGPT for something life-altering. If you’re feeling sick, you look to a healthcare professional, not AI.” 

Vanni concluded the discussion by reminding the room of the need for cautious adoption, stating that Google and other search engines can classify your content as spam should you abuse it. On the other hand, he made it clear that “if you don’t adapt to these tools, competitors will have an advantage and get ahead of you.”
